I haven't been noticing morning woods, they still come and go though. I woudn't say they've dropped off a lot, and I have taken sufficient breaks. What could be the reason? Isn't EQ supposed to get better? I'm even using a longer warm up time and a lighter grip during jelqing.
Routine's fine (JP's 90 + slapping, but I kegel for ~ 2 secs each) but probably need to edge 3 times a week now. I'm doing 3 on 2 off.
I'm thinking of edging during the day and the PE routine at night.
But when I do edge - my unit is harder (especially around the sides) and I was amazed actually - even when I stopped jerking off near PONR, my erection hardly dropped and I can edge for 20 minutes no problem. (Any advice here, if any, would be appreciated).
I think this is a positive PI but most of them are neutral I suppose.
But this reverse kegel is what I don't understand.
I know normal kegeling is when you use the muscle yourself stopping urinating and contract it. The anus tightens first and the the penis muscles do. Also, the lower abdomen muscles contract too.
Is it RK when you contract your penis muscles first and then move to the anus? If so then I am getting a REALLY hard time getting that right.
Any wisdom to pass on? =]
