I found this site about a month and a half ago and I'm really looking forward to getting started, but unfortunately my job right now keeps me from getting into it. My current job related living conditions don't allow me the private time required for exercising. Is there a quick warm up, workout routine? Something that can take just a few minutes at most? I'm not planning on keeping this, but it's something to help get me ready for when I have the time and privacy.

I feel ya on that. I'm in med school and I have a pretty difficult time trying to find time when I should be studying. I usually take a break to watch a movie or show every other day or so, so I just do a modified impromptu routine while I watch the movie.10-28

You're not unable;you just don't want to yet. All of us can find 10 minutes in a day just to go and hide. So go to the bathroom for 10 minutes; no one knows what you're doing! Warm up for 2-3 minutes and jelq for seven and no one will know the wiser. Where there is a will there will be a way!The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Haha, excellent point. I just feel so unproductive sitting down doing something that's essentially mindless (just Jelqs, stretches, etc.). I live on multitasking. But yeah, you're right I should focus more.
