  • How should you feel after completing your routine?

    Heey guys, I wanna know what is considered normal and abnormal after you are done with your workout routine. Please be descriptive as possible thanks you.
    Currently
    NBPEL: 7inch
    Girth: 5.50

    Goal
    NBPEL:8-9inch
    Girth:7.50-8

    I often feel as if I've had a good long romp in the hey. Used but not abused.

      If you are new to PE you should feel pretty sore after a good workout. You should not feel any sharp pain in and around the area of your penis .... apart from that nothing else .... don't expect your EQ to be great the following morning though .... morning wood depends from person to person ....

        I generally haveseveral different feelings throughout my routine.
        1) After my warmup, I feel all spongy.
        2) My 1st half of my routine, focuses on stretching. I do rotating stretches, flaccid bends, bundled stretches. As UnitaElevation stated I definitely feeling like I had a good romp with the wife. All my groin muscles feel stretched like I've done a great lower body gym workout and my foreskin is almost starting to be tender but not sore. Sometimes the suspensory ligment will be very tired and my burn a bit.
        3) I do an oriental massage to lube up for the 2nd half of my routine. Since I will range from 30% to 100% throughout the massage, my penis at this point feels very hwalthy and ready to go. That is assuming I didn't stretch too much earlier.
        4) My 1nd half of my routine, focuses on girth. I do jelqs and squeezes. At the end, my penis feels full and very easily can become erect. The few times my wife has walked in the bedroom at this point of my routine, I have to stop fairly soon because I get too hard.
        5) finishing my routine with a warmdown shower, I'm back to spongy but fuller. I really can't say that my penis is tired. I'm sure my wife and I could have some fun at that point. But I try to avoid having sex for several hours after my workout although I will prolong the fullness by doing some edging if I am alone.

          I can only speak for myself. Everyone is different, but I have always felt refreshed and horny as hell--never uncomfortable or in any kind of pain whatsoever, not even so-called "normal pain," whatever that means. AS far as I'm concerned, there should be NO pain involved in a p.e. exercise routine.

            I feel like i had a real good work out after my routine is done. And its a little hard for me to get an erection well maybe because its cold during this time. After completing my routine it kind of feels like i let off a big load during sex. hmm in other words i think it would mean i feel tired around my pelvic area not exactly sure if thats the right terms

              A bit of soreness is normal, but any pain is a big nono.
              I feel tired, horny, a bit sore, but ready to bang. If that makes sense...

                For me, it depends on the type of workout. If it's one where I've really concentrated on stretching, there's a good soreness there. Never pain, but like muscle fatigue. If I've been concentrating on pumping, there's no real soreness but I am quite horny and really have to concentrate on not masturbating (I generally don't masturbate after a routine unless the urge is overwhelming). And after a night of pumping, I generally tend to wake up horny too (moreso lately since I've been really getting down with ball pumping).

                And like most have said here, absolutely NO pain should be involved.

                  One more quick question. Do you guys find it easier to get an erection after your work out routine? Or is it suppose to be harder to get an erection? what is considered normal.

                        Same here. I've never been one to have consistent morning wood, but since I started PE, especially after a good pump session the night before, morning wood can be quite 'woody' - at times can be harder than my mormal erection when aroused and/or having sex.
