  • Loss of Strength in Kegals?!

    Hi Everyone,

Before I ask my question, let me say you guys have a great community here. Very helpful!

    Now on to my question...

I have just started out on JP's 90 day program and I have noticed a strong loss of strenght in my kegal muscles. Has anyone else experienced this? I need to pee like every hour now! Usually comes on more strongly if I stand up .
    19/08/13 (Before PE)

    EG: 4"

    16/12/13 (Slight decrease in routine)

    EG: 4 and 1/8"

    12/01/14 (Back on routine)
    BPEL: 5 and 2/8"
    EG: 4 and 2/8"

I can't say I have experienced losing kegel strength from PE, how much strength would you say you've lost?

Sounds like you have overworked your pelvic floor.;you need to rest.

Wow. Always thought my Kegals were a bit on the lazy side! I'll leave out the kegal workouts during the day and only do the ones during the stretches then.

I was exactly the same haha... I did hardly any kegels but I got cramps the next day in my PC muscle...
I'm taking it very easy now and its getting a lot better.

Take a week or two off from kegels completely... when you come back do way less and maybe some reverse kegels as well.
                Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
                Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

What does reverse kegels look like in regards to normal kegels where the penis would bob up then down?

It doesn't look that different,it feels different. Instead of trying to stop your piss try and force it out faster.

The overworking of the pelvic floor will cause this, it should disappeasr as your pelvic floor recovers.

The exercises make it worse yes, but it's a problem I've always had. Will let you know what the doc says :S

I suggest the reason you overtrained easy was that your pelvic floor was weak to begin with. That would cause this issue, but anyway talk to the doc tell me what he says.
