I did my fourth PE workout, I did my OK grip wet jelqs at 60% with a little pressure, it was good.
I don't know how to do the V grip jelqs! I really need to find out. Somebody please explain it to me. I didnt understand what I need to do in the beginner workout plan thread. Do I make a fist and place my penis in between my middle and ring finger and then pull up??? I really dont get it, please help!!!!!
