hi PE gym. i recently found the site and thought it was just great! this place has alot of great stuff about PE. i learned about jelqs online a little while back and recently started doing a few jelqs a day. i've been doing about 50 or so jelqs each day since Oct 11th 08. im gettin the technique i think. also i've been doing 1 thirty second manual stretch in every direction (left, right,up,down, stright). by the way i havent had any rest days yet. should i have a rest day even when the rutoine is so light? im thinking of going for a better routine like- doing 4 sets of 50 jelqs at four differnt times a day. so a total of 200 jeqls, but just split up into 4 short work outs.(dry jeqls by the way). each set will also contain 3 thirty second manual stretchs.

    -warm up
    -50 dry jelqs
    -30 second manual stretches x3
    -warm down
*doing this four times a day*

so dose this sound like a good routine? how often should i put in rest days?
too much jelqs? too little? sugestions? questions? advice?

hope to hear from you guys, peace out.

Thanks Kingpole. i will try. i am having trouble with keeping track of my # of jelqs. i am easily distracted and often my mind wonders off while jelqing. i lisen to music while i jelq and it kind of helps.

Your routine is good to start with, you should be able to increase your Jelqing each week. By the end of your 90 days you should be doing 300 Jelqs strokes every other day.
        Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

        Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

        Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"
