  • Is it ok to heat up the balls?

    Basically my idea is to sit in my bathtub in a short washtub with hot water (because it takes quite a lot of time to fill bathtub to the level of my navel), water heats up my entire groin area, then I stand up and do stretches/jelqs. Could it harm the balls in some way? I know you should care for the balls not to be cold, but how about too hot?

    Thanks.

    BPEL = 6.5"
    NBPEL = 6.1"
    EG (middle) = 4.85"

    Short term goal: NBPEL 6.5", EG 5.1"

    Long term goal: NBPEL 7.1", EG 5.5"

    When heating, I generally try (as much as possible) to avoid the balls.

      It is more and more admitted that the reduction in fertility that we saw in man, i.e. the number of people needing medical help to conceive, is linked to all the toxics that we found in our environment, especially the food, but has also to do with the increasing heat applied to the testicle (due to the way we dress and the fact that more and more men all over the world wear trousers! Blue jeans are nice but warm...). The spermatozoids are cells that are heat sensitive and the mean temperature in the testicles is around 32-33°C and not 37 for this reason.
      So it's better to avoid warming too much your balls

        Dammit. I always sit in my bathtub to get a proper warm up. Now I can't because my sperm will be negatively affected.

        And I don't like standing in the shower for 10 minuted under hot water aimed at my dick. And I got no other alternatives since it's a small house.

          Make a rice sock. Watch tv with it on the back of your neck like it is the most relaxing thing ever in front of your housemates. Then toss it on the junk ninja style once you have won the hearts and minds.

            Not everyone have microwaves. So personally I use hot towel and it only touches my balls a bit at the beggining and then they get low hang, so no touching at all. And now I have a question. So having a hot bath to relax isn't good to?

                I use a shower as a warm up, so everything is warmed up.
                To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

                  A hot bath once in a while or a hot shower shouldn't do much harm. But I think that applying a heat source very often directly on the balls like a heat pad or a rice sock could...

                    I warm my entire package, especially when I engage in a ball pumping session. But I don't leave it one for any considerable amount of time. In a typical 15 min warm up with my heating pad, maybe 5 min is given to my balls.

                      Heat is used by some as a contraception (not 100% full proof) but so far it's viewed as only temporary as we produce new sperm throughout our life. It can make you largely infertile I believe for up to like 6 months but I could be wrong on that as it's been a while, but fertility does return. Though they don't know yet how repeated heat over years can effect the testicles.

                        Well my routine typically lasts for 3 on 2 off and 10-15 minute warm up in a bathtub.

                        Still think it's okay.
