Yes that's normal. I had the same problem, It means you're weak. Although it took a whole session to get make me cum. I couldn't even get through a jelq session without cumming. Now I can screw hardcore for 30 minutes without cumming. Strange thing is I can still only hold a kegel for 10 seconds. You need to hit a strict routine for at least the next two years.
