  • base girth exercises?

    I read in here that the normal penis shape should be fatter at the base than at the end. Mine is the opposite I'm fattest right below the head, and near the base is the smallest. Maybe a 1/2 inch difference.

    Are there any exercises to fatten just the base? I feel like regular jelqs will just accentuate my current shape, even if I start from the base.

    I had the same problem as you so what I did was Jelqing in the reverse direction, starting behind the head and Jelqing toward the base. Do not squeeze to hard in thie direction. Good Luck

      I'm in the same situation here. Mine is fatter below the head and gets thinner from there. Is Jelqing backwards what I was supposed to be doing all along?.. Will there be a great difference between doing that and jelqing the original way?

        The way that you are Jelqing is creating the base ball bat effect. To get rid of some of the largeness at the head you have to Jelq the reverse. Doing it reverse isn't as easy as going the other way. Take your time with this way because it will hurt until you get use to Jelqing this way. Let me know how it go OK

          how do you do it? do you hold the base so it doesnt just go out? how about erection level...more than regular jelq?

            Doing intense stretches/hanging in multiple directions will help build base girth too.

              When I had to do the reversed Jelq I held the head of the penis stretched out and Jelqed with the ok grip with the other hand. The level of erection was at 50-60%. The object is to push the blood back into the base and increase the size of the Corpus Cavernosum

                i figured this out on my own drawing info from the book... so i applied
                this principle and it has worked...
                yet now, a far more difficult problem arises:

                when i started PE (not thats its such a long time ago or that i have made
                spectacular gains..) my penis had a perfect curve towards the left, and im sure its me who
                formed it since it perfectly corresponds which the shape and direction my
                right hand has had while masturbating for years now..
                after gaining more and more knowledge and getting to know better how my penis and PE works,
                i decided do masturbate in the exact opposite way and have been using exercises like the mini-jelg, stretches towards the left and massaging the left corpora cavernosa (the left side of the penis) and also one i think ive made up for myself>
                it basically consists in pointing the penis straight out with a erection of between 60% and 85% and then
                pointing the head against the curve (as if i was trying to fold it against the curve). Each time i bend focusing on a different spot along the left side (the one that feels more curved and feels like it needs “correction”).

                this seems to be working since my penis feels straighter every week… i think what this exercise does is an extreme stretch of the left corpora, which makes it longer but the parts with most tension applied to them also gain in girth. Ive been doing this with the intention of “molding” my penis back to its straight position, but ive also gained girth in the left corpora, and notably at the base.

                So now i have a very weird result: my penis is looking more uniform every workout,
                except the right side of the base, which is visually significantly thinner than the rest of my penis. The logical thing to do would be to stretch the right side of the base the way i mentioned earlier, but the slightest movement to the left (with the curve), brings the curve back accentuated! So im not attempting that.. For the moment im focusing on my main priority which is fixing the curve, but, if everything goes as planned and i achieve that, im already worrying about how i fix the lack of girth on the right side of the base (which looks
                extremely weird…its like a chunk of my penis got bitten of by something…)

                What do u guys think? If anyone needs some specific info to deliberate just ask me

                        What is the O bend they speak of in this post i have never heard of that or read of it. Sorry for all my questions lately. Im still doing JP90 atm but i want to put together my own routine after my gains start to stall

                          I'm pretty sure my base girth increases over the years were from cock rings worn during edging etc . The veins got huge and eventually stayed that way.

                          Right when I started jelqing I noticed a bit of baseball bat so I've been careful with that and most pump as it has increased my thickness along the whole shaft.
