  • Hey JP could you give us a discription of the Tunica Stretch?

I have been doing this stretch for about a week in a half. I really like it, but i want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Could you give a complete description of the exercise?

Also, I post my PE/jerking off routine over at Thunders, they will soon be asking me what Tunica Stretches are and how to do them. So with your permision I would like to post your exercise as a thread over at Thunders.

I would also really appreciate another descripion of the Tunica Tugs if possible. I did read your post of how to do them in Big Als post, and I think I am doing them correctly but I was just wondering why it is that pushing your other hand into the pelvis/body isolates the tunica so well? Are they supposed to feel the same as normal stretches? Or different? To me they didnt really feel that different so I thought I maybe doing something incorrectly.

Also, do you stretch the penis straight out or in a direction (up down) or does it not matter?

    Thanks

      JP's Tunaca Tugs:

Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone.
Stretch out with a slow but steady pull as you hold back against the ^. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch. Don't release the ^ even if you have to release at the glans.
Just re-grip at the glans and stretch again. Hold this stretch as long as you can. You are not stretching the ligs with this exercise, just the Tunica. This is a great exercise for Girth.
(Do not try to pull your dick off. Find that place between uncomfortable and a good stretch. Pull all of the skin back to do these, grip just behind the glans.)
      __________________
These isolate the Tunica because you are keeping the ligaments from stretching.
Once you push back into the pelvic bone with the "^" you squeeze to hold the stretch you have piulled out, then subsequent stretching works the Tunica. You do these straight out.
Sure KP, you can post these at Thunders. They are called "Tunica Tugs" JP

        Thanks for that Jonpop.

Oh this is a girth exercise is it? I thought it would have been more length orientated?!

Do you like the V stretch for tunica work too? Ive been doing quite afew of these recently, I quite like the feel of them.

I can answer this one, been doing "V" jelq for years now, how do you think i gained in inches. Mainly by doing the "V" jelq. The trick is keep that erection level around 30-50%.

i did a variation somilar to the "V" jelk the grip use use to jelq the penis from the underside. Thus the V is placed on the CS. Did this one for 3 years.

Last year i started doing the ^ grip on top of the penis with a farely low erection jelq. Another name for this is the Lamda grip jelq.

Yes, it's to break down that tough tunica.

The "V" Jelq is a combination girth-length exercise.

Regarding spot exercises to focus either on girth or length, I've found that it never really mattered for me. I gained in both girth and length pretty much in proportion, whether I was following a "length" or a "girth" routine. The stretches are for length, right? I gained equally in girth. Another example is the basic jelq, which I followed religiously for three straight months--up to two hours a day 24/7 by the end of the third month. It resulted in both length and girth gains in proportion to each other. Just my experience.

OK so the Tunica Tugs and the V jelq are two seperate exercises right?

The V jelq sounds like it has worked wonders for you KP, I will have to start giving them a go! So they are like regular jelqs but you use a V shape with your fingers and jelq underneither or above the shaft? Does it matter which fingers you use to make the V?

                      Couple questions;

Do you hold behind the glans with an ''ok'' grip? And how long do you hold these tugs for? It seems like the circulation would start getting cut off after a while.
                      Starting: bpel 6.5 - eg 4.5
                      Current: bpel 6.75 - eg 5.2
                      Goal: bpel 7 - eg 5.5

Yes. You hold the stretch behind the glans. Your grip will slip before you have to worry about circulation. Just take a second or two break, massage the glans with your free hand while holding the "^" squeeze at the base and then resume your stretch. If you get over 30% erected, stop for awhile and let it subside to flaccid before resuming.

This is indeed a nice excersize for a nice plump flacid. When would be the best time to do this stretch during your routine? Beginning? End?

I like to do these in the tub or shower, which ever I have the time for. I do them until I get tired of doing them. They are sort of self limiting. I will generally follow them up with a few "A" stretches.
