I just completed my 4th workout and have been noticing a dull constant soreness at the base of my scrotom, or underneath. Not super bad, but about like someone is pressing on it. A dull type pain that just persists. It seems to last about 24 hours then sudbside. Is this normal for beginners? Should there be no pain at all?

I had ache in my right testicle which last about 6 hours..it was hard to locate the source of the pain but i suggest same that wanthis or secondary option is that you have jelqed bottom of the shaft (close pubic bone) where the sperm ducts are and now it's little mad about it..it should go away after time
Pain is always "bad" but i think that everyone in PE suffers somekind of pain while LONG process..still avoid pain..try to relax your kegels if you've over trained them..
I don't want to establish a new topic so i ask here...i have a little numbness in my right corpora cavernosa.it's more like perfunctory..over trained ligaments?5.6 BPEL 7,67

My Whole shaft was like that when I started lol! as long as its not sharp pains then it's fine. Your man hood will get used to it. Well with me it was and whenever I done any exercise in the past anywhere on my body I got this ache in the related muscle.
