Can someone please explain to me the full terms of things like bpel. Eg Ef and stuff like that could someone just explain to me quick so i know what it stands for lol thanks.

There is a vocabulary somewhere on the site.Go check it.
In short:
EQ -erection quality
EG -erect girth
EF -flaccid girth
NBPEL-non bodypressed erect length
BPEL -bodypressed erect length
BPSFL-bodypressed stretched flaccid length
LOT -loss of tug
etc..
