    .now i know.

    ..i started PE 3 m0nths ago but 0nly today that i got the knowledge about the terms used here. It helps so great. And i think i have to restart my PE work out coz i dont have a consitent routine and i haven't know well how those exercises are performed. I don't even warmed up everytime i jelq.
    But then, im glad that i gained some. Hope to have successfull journey for me and for everyone.

        Wait just to clarify...BPEL means you press the ruler down hard until you can't press it down anymore? I've always just measured my dick by resting the ruler on that area and lightly pressing down.

          That is correct. Your fat pad can vary in size (after the holidays my fat pad is always thicker). If you press hard to the bone you get a more consistant measurement.
          (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
          (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
          Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
          Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

            Wow so many acronyms thanks for the helpful post I was confused on some members replies until now.
            I didn't think BPEL measuring was useful because when your inside a girl that doesn't really count..
            Start date: 1/16/13 NBPEL 6.2' EG 5'
            Goals:
            Short term NBPEL 7' EG 5.5' (Using Bathmate, Extender, Jelq)

              That's actually some good growth.Report again when you see an increase. Would love to see how it turns out.

                Correct. Bone Pressed is pressed to the pelvic bone. I also put my heels, but, and back to the wall to make sure posture is the same every time. This gives the most consistency for your measurements. Same way, every time, will give you correct record of gains.

                          my penis has a downward curve i measure it by placing a ruler along the side... is that correct way? or do i have to hold my penis with the other hand to straighten my penis for a sec then measure?

                          my penis is 4.72" when im not holding it
                          and becomes 5" when i straighten it out with the other hand
                          so what is the correct way?

                          That feeling when you thought you had length and girth gains
                          but your ruler and tape measure disagree... DAMN!!!

                            Just be consistent with whatever measuring method you are doing. The purpose of measuring to me is to know if you are gaining or not. The size on the ruler doesn't really matter. It is how your penis looks to you.
