  • Length vs Girth

My question: Should I throw in length exercises or girth?

OK, so I've finished the Beginner Routine (the one in the articles, not the 90 day). So I'm stretching for about 10 minutes, jelqing for 25 minutes. Great PI's, I've seen great flaccid gains (I haven't been measuring religiously as I didn't want to get bogged down in numbers and get discouraged, but I think now I definitely believe in PE and its merits and have seen the gains myself I'll use it as an analysis tool)

My basic question is, when customizing a new program is it best to approach for more length or more girth? As I'm wanting to achieve gains yet wanted to ensure things remain in proportion. If I get any measurements, I'll post them.

There is a theory that its harder to gain length after girth so you should gain length first. Im not sure how plausible this theory is though.

Cheers. Yeah I found the TGC theory Iguana and Remek have posted after finding this. For me that certainly indicates length, and it seems to really make sense and be in line with alot of other things i've read about here. Thanks though fendool.

Do low erection jelqs i believe this results in faster length gains and you may see girth as well. Your warm ups should be at least 25 minutes if your going to do that much PE in one setting. Also do a warm down or cool down.
