Warm Ups Feel like I'm Boiling

How do you guys deal with 10 minute or longer warm ups? After wrapping my penis within my heated sock filled with rice, beads of sweat take over my body. The groin is a major spot in regulating temperature, and boy do I feel it. I seriously need to place a fan on me because it feels so uncomfortable. How about you?

If u are warming the sock in the microwave heat it for less time or leave it cool down for a minute or two. The penis doesn't need extreme hot only some nice and pleasurable warmth so he can soften.

so maybe I have been using the wrong amount of heat until now... I use hot water.. not too uncomfortable but very hot, let's say 50+ Celsius degrees...
