guys ive been doing the less is better aproach and i either am a fast gainer or i measured incorrectly from the beggining! I used to do a lot of pe in the past until some of you guys told me that less is better. But is it possible for me to have gained nearly half an inch in lenght in 1 month worth of exercise? should i continue with the same routine? should i include kegals as well because havent done any of those in a long time. also my errections have been poor lately, what can i do about that? my penis now measures 7 1/2 long streightout. My penis has a slight curve to the left and if i follow the curve and i measure i get 8 inches! what would be the correct or better way to measure my penis? thanks guys!

I would do a lot of kegels, but don't overdo them. Kegels help your bloodflow of your penis and are ment as stamina exercises. If you want to know more about kegels I would read this: Kegel Exercises For Men - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness I also wasn't doing any kegels, but when I started doing them again it helped alot with my bloodflow. Kegels are some sort of natural Viagra.

Guys I think one time I read a thread that said that Kegals were bad and they involved the penis in going back inside your body because you forcing it or pulling it back inside? Is this true?
You guys say that I should be doing lots of kegals to get better erections? How many? Ive read and researched and some people are doing up to 1000 kegals a day!!!!!! Should I start out with about half of this?

They are good for you, but start off with very low numbers every other day (say 20-40)
You are targeting a muscle so if you do 1000 (don't think there is ever a need to do 1000 personally) you will get delayed onset muscle soreness in your pelvic muscles, which apparently is very painful.

I've had soreness on my PC muscle and it's not fun
Especially since it starts to contract randomly (or is on a hair trigger) and then I feel that soreness suddenly. A little uncomfortable BUT as a weightlifter, I've come to love soreness because it means progress in most cases! 1000 is definitely overdoing it.

Guys I just measured yesterday and I now measure 7 inches and 3/4! What the heck? Some of you guys say it is my EQ levels! :S
This sucks I get different measurements everytime, either I measured wrong the first time or this PE is really working and Ive only been doing this consistenly for 1 month! And I measured bone pressed while my penis was streight because like a I said earlier my penis has a slight angle to the left when errect and this causes it to look and measure bigger so I started measuring while streighting out my penis and it now measures 7 inches and 3/4.
and Ive been doing this less is better routine also!
My goal was 8 inches long, heck I might as well go for 9 inches while im at it jajaja!
Ill keep you guys updated but first I have to reach my 8 inches and keep my penis there!
