1month in, increase intensity?

  • 1month in, increase intensity?

    im a month in and feel good about my results so far. i read somewhere that a guy gained more buy increasing his intensity after a month or so, so im gonna try it out.

    same thing as 90day beginnner program, just more jelqs and vjelqs with more restdays

    heres my stats so far:

    4/13/2011
    FL:3.5
    FG:3.8
    EL:5.5
    EG:4.5


    5/17/2011
    FL:4 1/4
    FG:4.5
    EL: gonna measure when i edge tonite after workout
    EG: ^same thing
    increasing jelq from 200 to 350, 5-8 sec each.
    V's from 100 to 200
    2 on 2off, 1 full no touch day.(no jackinoff/ exercising)

    advice/comments??????????

    More intensity when you're not fully conditioned yet is unwise. That's why it's called a 90 day program. You want to complete the 90 day program in 30 days because some guy you don't know said he might have gotten good gains? Good luck! Oh we do have a nice forum on injuries, mostly self inflicted.Go take a look.

      heres an idea that may help you to increase intensity but stay with in the 90 day guidelines. I see you have your routine in the post and it looks like your going two on two off? Why not try the 5 on 2 off without increasing jelques. The 90 day is written as a 5 day on 2 day off program and if your going 2 on 2 off you can increase the work by slowly working towards a 5 on 2 off routine. Try 2 on 1 off(mon,tue,thu,fri) for this month and on the last month try to do the 5 on 2 off split. This will allow you to add days instead of exercises and keep you within the guidelines. Good luck, oh and listen to cusp and read the forum he suggested above, its a great idea for everyone, Ive read abit and it will keep you in perspective.

        If you're already having such good indicators why would you bump the intensity?

          your flaccid size dramatically increased! if your hard ones did the same then you are a phenomenon...

            well the only reason i think the flaccid has gained so much is bcuz throughout the day im usually full and sometimes horny...so usually thats why its so plump lol.

            and i guess ill just stick with teh same routine i just wanted some opinions...
