Starting the JP 90 day program and looking for the supplements suggested i'm unsure which to buy, mainly with the super b complex, could you help me please. I'm from the UK and if there are any websites/stores you know of that are cheaper please let me know.

1 Super B complex. (unsure which variety of b vitamins, there are many varieties with different amounts of each vitamin) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/categories.asp?cid=83&searchterm=b%20complex&rdcnt =1

1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals. (these seem okay ?) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=87&prodid=672&cid=39&sid=0

1 60 mg Zinc. (i have found it hard to find a 60mg tablet of zinc online, and in the holland and barrett website it says to take one and not exceed stated dose on all of these, is it still okay to take say 4 15mg tablets ?) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/categories.asp?cid=97&left=1&showAll=true)

    2 500mg L-Arginine capsule. (these seem fine) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=6&prodid=6&cid=204&sid=0

    1 500 mg L-Lysine. (again these seem fine) http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_detail.asp?pid=64&prodid=250&cid=172&sid=0

sorry if my questions have been answered before i tried looking through the forums with no success, thanks in advance.

I just started taking these the other day. I went to a local organic grocery with their own brand of good vitamins and other health products. If I keep it up it'll be a $20 - 30 a month commitment, but I figure, if it's for my cock and my health, get the good shit. You should at least get a multivitamin specifically formulated for men. I would recommend a whole food vitamin, usually healthier and offering better absorption.
I found 50mg zinc tablets. Again, with different metabolisms and absorption rates, a few mg difference shouldn't matter, but they're shouldn't be any issue with taking multiple smaller dosage tablets; it all adds up the same.
Looking at your link for the b-complex, any will probably do, but I don't know that you want time release, and probably not the mega formula either. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty confident here. I did just ask for advice about JP's supplements in my first post minutes ago. If I get a reply that relates here, I'll repost it. Good luck.
    -sure, why not.

I bought mine from iHerb.com - Vitamins, Supplements & Natural Health Products
Best Prices and really cheap shipping to anywhere in the world. If you do buy from there, you can use my referral code GOH395 to get $5 off your first order.

This is what I bought. ALIVE multivitamin, NOW 50mg zinc picolinate, Jarrow Formulas B-right, NOW L-arginine, and Jarrow L-Lysine. You can do a search. I also bought ginkgo made by Jarrow for better circulation and memory.

      Cheers!
