  • P.E. with testicle problem

For someone who has moderate to significant varicocele in the left testicle and a small hydrocele in the right testicle, what are the PE exercise options? Anyone else had these issues before? Anyone had the corrective surgery on went on to do P.E. exercises months or years later? I'd be very intereste to know. Thanks.

Any help on this? I don't want to risk starting exercises and then ended up in worse condition then before. Any stories to share or tips to offer up? Thanks.

Considering a varicocele vein is an issue with backflow for a testicular vein that returns to the body through the inguinal ring, The vein doesn't even go near the penis. And a hydrocele is just a fluid filled sac, so don't worry about that. The corrective surgery done to fix it is quite simple anyway, just a closing of that vein ABOVE the inguinal ring (meaning they go through the stomach area, not through the scrotum)

I too have a testicle issue (not a varicocele). I tried doing an exercise like the "internal stretch" (Penis Enlargement Gym - Internal Stretch)
It ended up hurting doing just ONE LIGHT one, because I could feel it pulling the vas and internal vessels. SO, mainly, I would say PE is fine, just stay away from exercises that involve scrotal region. As a beginner you should only be stretching and jelqing anyway. Btw, young Dong, do you know what you backflow rate is for your varicocele? if it really is moderate to significant, and you don't get it fixed, you risk testicular atrophy!

I would get to a good doctor and get that fixed before it gets worse. Better to bit the bullet now and pay $$ than for it to gets worse and pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! Get the picture.

Holy cow! I never looked up varicocele until now. But I figure I have it too.

Then I think I don't know what to tell you hence It's been more than one year since I started PE. And I grew easily an inch and received another one from loss of weight. Through this time I never had a problem with my varicocele except for some acute pain that came sometimes and were absolutely unrelated to PE because they already existed before.

Thus I don't think (and don't want to without proper scientific backup) I have any authority to tell you to go on and start PE. What I can say is I've been doing it and nothing of wrong came from it. Now it's your option either to heal it before starting the exercises or risk anything.

Should anyone else have the same problem, I'd love to hear some testimony as well as I believe Young_Dong would.

            IK!
            starting with 13cm
            currently (?) 18cm
going for 23cm (9.055in) until NEXT new year's eve. mid-term goal is 18,5cm until easter!

Having a varicocele in your testicles shouldn't effect you and your PE. I'm actually due for opperation this month. So I'm intensifying my worksouts until then because after the surgery I plan on taking a week or two off depending on how long it takes to heal. I have a grade one varicocele on my right testicle and a grade two on my left. I plan to get them both removed. If you don't have childern yet and are planning on having some in the future you might want to get the surgery, because the varicocele can make you infertil. I also have a small cyst on each testicle. I've been PE'ing for 5 months now and the cyst hasn't grown any according to the sonograms I've received. I suggest you go to the doctor and get checked out to determine if you need the surgery. Also I suggest that you begin PE asap if you feel it is needed in improving your penis health. I can honestly say that PE has not effected my varicocele at all since I've noticed these veins on my testicles since I was a child and they grew as I did. I am happy of the gains that I've received in these 5 months and I'm looking forward to my future gains. I've seen improvements in my EQ and confidence. Young_dong I hope you are able to make a decision soon and if you choose PE you have my support and everyone elses in the gym. Goodluck
