What is it you're looking for the supplements to accomplish, exactly?

If you need a boost in EQ prior to training of sexual activity, 5g a L-Arginine 15 minutes prior can be helpful. Compared to most other supplements, L-Arginine is relatively inexpensive.

After a ton of research by myself and then reviewed and approved by my wife I started the 5Gs. I am not usually a big supplement person. I do take a multi though.

I decided to start them for some of the EQ and other potential heath benits for me personally.

I can not tell you if it is helping in my pe. However, I can say that the increased blood flow has helped in my general non pe workout recovery. It has also helped my eq.

Depending on your reasons for pe or supps.......do your homework! If you do decide to start something make sure you are not double dipping. (Taking more than 1 doing the same job)
                    Start
                    BPEL 7.75
                    EG 6

                    Goal
                    EQ
                    BPEL 8.25
                    EG 6.5

Thanks for the feedback I'll probably be getting some multi's and L-arginine because I have also been getting EQ problems and barely get that 90-100% hardness now.

If talking about health in general, I used to take different supplements all the time. I also frequently took vitamins. However, I need to admit, that I feel healthier depending on my diet, not on supplements I take. I'm deeply convinced now, that healthy, well balanced diet and exercising are vital for every person.

You will be surprised but eating a healthy and balanced diet is not enough. I consulted a nutritionist and it turned out I have a vitamin deficiency. I was prescribed to take some vitamins from< url removed>. It's essential to take supplements to support all the body functions but make sure to see a doctor first.
