So, I'm one month in and happy enough with how things are going so far.
Results themselves are inconsistent, but I have noticed the following.
Some of my erections now feel thicker than previously, although this seems random at present.
Flaccid hang is definitely better, with significantly less turtling
EQ has always been decent, but there's been no negative changes, which is great.
My 'routine' has been really erratic due to privacy and opportunity.
Largely though, I'm trying to follow as much of the JP90 as I can, which is typically once a day. On top of that I'm doing occasional hanging with 5lbs and some ADS and some light pumping. These are probably 2-3 times a week, but the main focus is being as consistent as possible with the JP90 program.
My questions are as follows:
1. With the ADS device there was some micropore surgical/medical style tape, what's it for?
2. After an initial overenthusiastic error, I've been really cautious. I've taken plenty of rest and had no negative PI's. I do feel as though my dick can handle more than I'm doing, but is it worth doing the full 90 days before adding any more work in?
3. When hanging, I've tried short periods seated as well as standing (I think the former is what's referred to as between the cheeks). Both feel fine, but is one any better than the other?
4. My interest in my dick has increased. I'm constantly aware of it and fascinated by how it feels at any given moment. It's like I'm pubescent again. Is this normal and does it pass after the initial excitement?
No change in length so far and no consistent changes in girth, but everything else is pleasant and feels worthwhile.
