  • Fowfers as Warm Down?

    Is doing fowfers a good warm down?

    I'm sharing a room right now and my roommate took the heater so I have no way of getting hot water unless I go downstairs to the mess hall.

    I just finished today's session and I'm actually sitting doing fowfers right now as I type.
    Current:
    BPEL: 5.7
    Short term goal:
    BPEL: 6.7
    Long term goal:
    BPEL: 9
    Girth: (As long as it's Equal in Proportion)
    (all units in inches)

    I am now following the advice from some very advanced PE'ers and not doing a warm down at all, but I do bed fowfers and it seems to work fine.... I'm going on two weeks and still with very positive physiological indicators, Warm up is essential though, warm down is not as crucial and may not be necessary at all

    edit* I strongly believe in warm ups, I accidentally said I am not doing warm ups at all but I meant warm down..

      I do fowfers for warm ups, usually the shower for warm downs.

        I tend to shrink to normal when i dont do a good warmdown... to keep as much blood down there as possible is my goal. I usually edge for 10 mins then i fowfer as i study. Then fowfer at night in bed, rocksolid throughout the night + morning wood + random boners in class... Great feeling so far :P Everyones different find what works for you! Ive tried cooldowns and it made me turtle.
