  • I was icing an injury the other day

The other day I was icing down my ankle and I started feeling pressure in my PC/testicular area (not a bad pressure, but more of the pressure where you feel like you need 'release'). I did it again today and started feeling the same thing. I also started taking ginseng/gingko/green tea extracts lately so that might be part of it, but I was wondering if maybe anybody else has had an similar experience. I know some people believe in reflexology and that parts of the foot can relieve pains on other parts of the body, but I wonder if there's any merit to this?

    Thoughts?

Your ankle has nothing to do with your pelvic floor muscles, that only happens in very rare cases. Your pelvic floor muscles are hurting because you're working them out. You registered in the month of april, so I'm guessing that you started PE recently. This is a normal reaction. If you gave us more information, I could give you a more accurate answer.

If you started PE recently, then you have totally normal aches and pains. The pelvic floor muscles are skeletal muscles, like your bicep. It can hurt when you work it out.

What kind of ginseng are you taking? Ginseng/ginkgo/green tea is a really good combo. You might wanna throw some L Arginine in the mix.
