How often is ideal to ejaculate (have sex / masturbation) ? I think of 2 times / week (once every 2-4 days).

It's not the type of thing I put on my calendar to be honest. When I feel like It, I do it. Even If I already ejaculated an hour ago. Yes I can masturbate multiple times in one day. As long as I don't feel sore and that my EQ is good I never felt the need to slow down. I know you can find stuff here and there that would recommend X times per week but what you should do is pay attention to your EQ more then anything else. If when you do it everyday you get bad EQ then you need to slow down.

If you want a more precise number I'd say I masturbate 10-12 times/ week, and it feels good every single time haha.

how often i ejaculate, now there is an difference between ejaculating and masturbating. the last i do a lot about 1 or 2c a day. but il mostly save ejaculating for i realy realy want to cummmmm.. ( sorry.) i ment when im realy horny than i will. than i will also try it 2 times to cum

Use it or lose it. some can go everyday and some less often. I'd say at a minimum once per week. 2-3 Times is better.

I have gone from ejaculating a couple times a day when a teenager, to a gouple of times a week now. However as I dry orgasm this is not such an issue . It is not something I think about a lot in general ,but I don't think prolonged abstention is a good idea.
