  • Any PE Non Gainers out there?

    Hi

    Havent seen much on here about people actually NOT gaining after a long time on PE, Maybe im not looking hard enough.

    Any of you been doing PE for a while, and havent seen any gains? there must be one of you somewhere, or maybe if you know of someone, i would love to hear about it.

    Why do i want to hear about negativity?, well maybe we can all learn a little from someone else's mistakes IF they are doing it incorrectly, or on the other hand if they are doing it correct but are just not gaining reguardless of hard work, i can imagine after reading all the posts on here they might feel a bit nervous about posting seeing as theve been doing it for so long with no results.

    anyway, if you exist, post here

    Personally I haven't cemented gains beyond 1/2" since my first 2-4 months of PE (over about 2 years now, I think). This is entirely because I haven't stuck to a dedicated routine. If anything I'd recommend a simple, progressive routine that you keep up for a long while. Don't overcomplicate things, and modify your routine so that it works well with your life.

    I also know of scientificapproach, who hasn't gained at all. He's tried a lot of different methods, but I don't know what he's done exactly. Perhaps he'll chime in here.

      I trained for 2 months consistently so far no gains.....Hopefully my time and work will pay off eventually

      here's my routine:
      Work out almost every other day, a total of 13 session in March.
      Warm up for at least 5mins
      wet jelq from 100 to 110 times
      oriental massage (4 directions stretches x9 each direction, rotary stretches x9 each sides, thighs touching stretches x9 each sides) one to two set
      Kegel 60 time 5 sec holds

        Your case is not unusual, some gain right away other take a few months before they see gains.

          The funny thing is that I'm 42 and in better shape than I was at 25. Maybe not better looking, though. : ) But I think I'm more manly. I'm single and routinely date women ten years younger than me, a few of whom have been hot. There's no reason a man can't maintain a youthful attitude and a high level of virility in their forties and beyond. It just takes some extra work.

            Usually non-gainers don't gain because their routines are sporadic. Then there are the dedicated few that do their PE for months and still don't gain. There could be several factors responsible for their lack of gains, but chief among them is that they have yet to find the right stimulus for them.

            Some men have very tough ligs and tunicae. Other don't generate the right amount of force necessary to stretch these tissues. Yet others do too much and exhaust their penises; this scenario usually leads to trainees quitting in disgust as their erections suffer dramatically.

            The point of this is that not all men will gain with the same routine, but the tissues of the penis will expand if the right kind of stress is placed upon them. For hardgainers, some experimentation is in order.
