  • First month done, 0.1" gain so far... help

I finished my first month a few weeks ago and I knew I wasn't gaining much. Alot of measurements I can't get it much beyond what I started at (5.75").

I warm up, stretch for 15 minutes and then jelq for 20 minutes. I do this 2 days on and 1 day off. Atleast, that's what I did for the first month. In the last week I uped my jelqing time to 30 minutes.

At first, with the 20 minutes of jelqing, I could feel a little tenderness after doing the excerise, but towards the end of the month it started to feel like I couldn't make it tender even if I squeezed the heck out of it. What I'm saying is I think my penis ajusted to jelqing. So I uped the minutes to 30.

I mix up overhand and underhand jelqs when I'm jelqing. I do alot of stretching until my penis feels very loose, I jelq with 3 second strokes. I start with a pretty low erection and work my way up as I go, but I never get a really high erection.

Do you guys have any tips? I really want to gain some length. I'm still doing 2 on 1 off but I might change that if I think I should. What should I do?

First off, what are your PIs like? 15 min of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing sounds like a big workload to me, but you might be able to handle it.

my erection quality is good i think, gets pretty hard. I don't have any bruising anymore. I used to get small bruises or red bumps after jelqing, but now, even after 30 minutes of jelqing, my penis looks normal 20 minutes after a session.

Should not get bruises at all, you sound like you traumatized yourself a bit. Lets soften that thing up now. So this what you are going to do.

        Warm up 20 minutes.
Stretch slow and easy in all directions.
Jelq slow and easy with a lite grip for 10 minutes.
Warm down or cool down twenty minutes.

If stretching and jelqing don't feel good and your dick does not beg for more, then what you are doing is not working. PE should feel good in order for it to work.

Thanks for the advice. My dick feels ok I think. I thought I might be doing too much but my dick dosen't bruise anymore. It dosen't hurt when I'm jelqing or after. I'm really desperate to get a bigger (longer) penis. That's why I stretch for 15-20 minutes. Right now I have alot of time to jelq or stretch. Soon enough that won't be the case. If I had to stretch or jelq for 2 hours a day I might do it if i really believed to would help me gain. Anyway, the less is more arugument I think I understand... but I don't think I'm overtraining. My dick feels good, erections are good, not even much discoloration. My ligament feels just a little sore at first when i start... what does that mean?

I agree with KingPole that you might be over doing it a bit. Years ago when I first heard of PE, I went crazy with it and I think I beat my fellow up a bit. I forgot all about it for a few years then started again but took the LIGHTER IS BETTER approach. Now I've been doing a VERY light routine and I'm quite happy with my progress. Already +0.65" in length in 8 weeks. Check out my progress log to find out my routine it's really simple and only about 15-20mins plus some time after to edge. Or just follow what KP said. Happy Growing!
Total from start to current: (Start 26/02/09)
            BPEL-5.8" >> 6.5" (+0.7")
            EG-4.6" >> 4.75" (+0.15")

Long time lurker (tr to read the board once a day), first time poster so take my post for what it's worth. That being said....... Try to think of PE as a marathon, not a sprint. Those that report large gains quickly should be considered the exception, not the rule. If I understand your post correctly, you gained 1/10 of an inch in the first month. Seems to me you ought to keep your routine the same. That projects to more than an inch in your first year. That seems pretty good to me, I would be happy w/that. Just trying to add some perspective.
