hey guys im currently following jp 90 guide i was wondering if this is going to help with girth as that is my main goal.

JP 90 is mainly for conditioning your junk. Some people gain during this routine and some people don't. I however got a better erection quality out of it, a bit of length, and more defined veins. Don't rush into things. Give it the full 90 days and then throw in some squeezes or other girth focused excercises. Don't forget to warm up. Best of luck dudes.

Hey Guys stuart slow for the First 4 weeks i want you guys to Jelq at 100% erection 15-45mins 3-5days a week or depending on yor EQ.
Phase 2 I want you to do the same thing except clamped for the next 4 weeks then tell me how it goes or if you need help with Questions if u cant buy a clamp use a long sock thats what i use cause its easy to get off
Hint : if you guys buy Arnica cream and Vitamin E oil and apply after your routine you will speed up your recovery.Be chill and Become A Cloud. Then every thing shall fall into place

Good info Skate, do the routine as he says. The JP90 is a great program to get condition but it is also designed for gains if you stick with it, you can always add to it after 90 days by adding jelques and some sort of girth exercise such asulis or squeezes. Dont be offeded by being new, it is also wreckless advice for a veteran of PE as well. There is never a good time or level of experience for jelquing at 100 %. Alot of Qs, I know, but my interest is piqued.
When you are fully engorged your penis is full, clamping and ulis are a controlled form of squeeze but untill some one can tell exactly how much force they are jelquig with then jelquing at such a high level of erection will never be able to be properly controlled. I know there are many who have done it and will jump on the wagon to say its alright but for every one who has practiced this i would bet there re 10 who wished they never had. You want to jelque at a higher level to get girth gains like 70%, maybe a bit higher for those that are trained and vey experienced but I will never do it myself, not now and not ten years from now.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Only if one's dick is conditioned enough one could jelq at a 100% erection. Would you say that is the case for anyone, or just beginners? I've done it a few times and don't seem to see any negatives. This is not to say that it couldn't eventually fuck me up, but I'm finding that I started out at a more conditioned state than seems to be the norm. It makes sense to me that this could be an effective way to expand the blood capacity of the penis, but maybe I don't fully understand the mechanics.Gotta go with Vulca on this, if you jelque at 100 % you will end up wrecking your dong.
