  • Does overtraining cause shrinkage?

    I found out that I have been squeezing my penis too hard during jelqs. Someone described it as an egg, that you must put enough pressure on it but not too much because it is delicate. I was squeezing it too hard. Now I don't get many erections and when I do, they're very apathetic.
    I feel as though I might have made my penis retract because of this overtraining. Is this possible and does it happen when you overtrain?
    Can I gain length and girth back and additional length and girth as well?

    I believe overtraining will cause retraction, you are to rough, take it slow, egg-like pressure is the good way.
    Don't go wild, take a little rest and get back in with a good exercise, and you'll be fine, your erections will return, don't worry.

        There are a few correlations between weight lifting and PE (not as many as some suggest, but some nonetheless). If you are lifting heavier weights, the number of reps you do will decrease - obviously. However, not so obviously is the fact that if you apply more pressure to your jelqs, then the number of reps you perform should be decreased. One hundred five second jelqs is a whole lot more on your unit than 100 three second jelqs, and 100 firm grip jelqs is much more intense than 100 light grip jelqs. If you go by time, then 30 minutes of firm grip jelqs is much more intense than lighter grips for the same amount of time.

        I have always preferred to use a very firm grip (I could give a rat's ass about some damn egg!!), but I also adjust the number of jelqs I do according to how my unit is responding, both during and after.
