Hey guys just started JP 90 days routine on 2/17/12. I'm doing 5 days, 2 days rest schedule. I feel pretty good starting my first pe career, but I was having trouble with the wet jelq and v jelq due to the fact I am uncircumcised.
I don't know if I am doing it right. I think am, but my skin always gets in the way every time I jelq even if I pull the skin all the way back, it will eventually roll back up and cover some of my glans. I didn't know what to do so I just kept on jelqing normally even if my skins covers some of my glans. When i jelq i always see my veins in my skin popping out because of the pressure i put. Is that bad? I hope my skin won't effect my gains. Do you have any suggestion? Should I worry about my skin getting in the way everytime I jelq? Or just continue jelqing normally with my skin covering some of my glans. Sorry guys. I just really need some advice. Ever since I started, I haven't taken any supplements that JP suggested during the 3 months. All I do is just drink green tea hot mix with honey. I don't know if that will help with my gains, but eventually I am going to get those supplements soon and start taking everytime when I do my pe. So last Friday, saturday, Sunday, Monday, I did JP routines. On Tuesday I rested. Then today Wednesday I did the routine, so tomorrow I'm a rest then continue back on friday again. I just don't know if I'm jelqing correctly with my skin going over some of my glans and if it will be a problem for me to get gains. I do everything correctly with the warm up and warm down and stretches. Only jelqing is the one that got me thinking. Sorry if I keep on repeating the same thing over. Thanks guys for your time.
