  • Help me ! no length gain

    hi every one, i'm doing begginer routine for 40 days and i have gained 0.5cm in girth but no length gain
    i'm doing : 2 days on/ 1 day off
    5min worm up
    Stretching in all direction + rotating stretch between each one
    200 jelq
    5min worm down

    so my question is: am i in the right way and is this the expected gain for only 40 days routine ?
    can i add more exercises to my routine ? like clamping ?

    you should add your warm up time. Proper warming up can help gain. Try to do 10-15mins warm up for your tool and inner penis so that it is flexible to stretch. You jelq at what erection level. I have been doing JP's routine for almost a month now and i see pretty good gain.

      Hi Greatdane, what is ur lenght gain for 30 days JP's routine ?
      I'll add more worming time to 10 min.
      i'm jelqing at 70 to 90 % an erection.

        Hey man, jelqing shoudn't be more than 70%. The perfect percent is between 60 -70, anymore and you will most likely injure yourself badly!

        Regarding the gains, most guys don't gain size within the first 3 months, so well done for gaining so soon. Just keep going and don't worry when the gains will come (everyone is different). Give it time, believe you will grow and in the end you will. There is no rush bro.

            Clamping???? Danger bro!! That shouldn't be added onto a beginners routine, it is a highly advanced exercise. You should not try clamping until you have been exercising your penis for at least 6 months. Less is so much better in the beginning bro. Just keep it simple and safe!

              Yu've gained in girth brother. No negative pi's. Finish the 90 days
              Start : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 5 MEG
              Now : 5.5 BP/4.5 NBP x 4.75ish MEG

                Not an expert but I've heard alot that jelqing at lower erection levels (30-50%?) are better for length and higher erection levels for girth (60-70%?). You say your always at 70-90% so I think not only are you risking injury but also keeping yourself from achieving the length gains you desire.

                      Seems I read that there's a low point where it is no longer really even jelqing or doing any good. Can anyone elaborate on that?

                      I've been trying to keep mine lower as I can't seem to get any length gains either, but I'd hate to think that I'm just wasting a bunch of time doing a less efficient version of stretching. Unfortunately, I've been at this way way longer than Devilove has.

                        I have gained 0.5'' inches now. You should add V jelq to it. I jelq below 50% erection. Clamping is for advanced PEer. I have an ebook on penis enlargement. It is informative. If you want me to mail you. Please PM me your email address

                              thanks for all of you for giving me those advices,
                              i'll finish my JP's 90 routine with more worming up time, then do the next measurement.
