hi every one, i'm doing begginer routine for 40 days and i have gained 0.5cm in girth but no length gain
i'm doing : 2 days on/ 1 day off
5min worm up
Stretching in all direction + rotating stretch between each one
200 jelq
5min worm down
so my question is: am i in the right way and is this the expected gain for only 40 days routine ?
can i add more exercises to my routine ? like clamping ?
