  • Is Pe actually real?

    I started pe last september and did it for lets say three and a half months, and I didn't see any results. I was told that perhaps I was doing my jelqs wrong, how I should add more advanced stretches in to my routine (that seem risky), but my routine is irrelevant because there's tons of legitimate guys on here who've gained right?

    It's odd to me how the "super moderators" of this site do not have pictures posted of their gains as proof, although it states they've had considerable gains from their routine.

    I've read on other sources that jelqing does not work and exercising the penis is also a method with no real proof.

    So is pe actually reall or is it fake? How could some people experience no gains but others report considerable gains?

    BPEL: 8 in.
    MEG: 6.25 in.

              That could of been you. Its not uncommon to take awhile before seeing gains.

                1 out of 6 serious posts, thanks 4samson for being helpful. So you think it has to do with slow jelqs huh? Have you heard of anyone doing a routine that only involved jelqing and no stretching? With warm up and warm down of course though.

                  Perhaps going slow can help, it seemed to make a big difference for that member. I cant recall everyone by name but I have read alot on these forums and there are several people here who didnt see any results when they started and have gone on to make considerable gains. I'm not sure about the jelqing with no stretching thing. Personally I do both.

                    I was very tempted to answer seriously but decided fuck it.....everyone gains differently. I had great gains right away so I knew it worked

                      Hey Taxman,
                      All joking aside, I know I have had significant improvements. More than swelling edemia from all the exercises. For myself I have had a lot of help from meds my doctor has given me and losing weight. But same time, taking meds, or even the weight I have lost, can't explain all my gains. The exercises for me really have helped.

                        i saw no gains through jp90s routine but serious eq improvement. it wasnt until i started hanging and pumping that i saw gains

                          I guess it is fake, if you fake the exercise and just do a couple strokes and demand results from poor quality jelqing..
                          I mean hell, when I first started I was going REAL FAST on jelqs, did not stretch, and would take breaks alot.. and I still had some gain, as miniscule as it was.. that was my motivation, my proof, evidence that it was true, and what fortified that motivation was that I did not shrink back, it was not some physical trick, that would give you the impression of a bigger penis for a week or two.. it was there to stay.
                          Some people may have a harder time in gaining, some easier, that depends on the structure of your penis, how old you are, how much blood your penis holds in the first place, ED, old damage that has or has not happened to your member.
                          Doing PE is like wielding the force.. you have to focus young skywalker..
                          ( I have never recorded my progress, but I have never forgotten where I started. )

                          As of 6/14/13: NBPEL:6.9", BPEL:7.3", MEG:4.9" BEG:5.3"

                              Yes, there is no proof. But that doesn't mean it cannot work and ofc some people don't experience gains and others do. That's how it is with everything in life.
