It's less important what someone else does, than what you personally can tolerate while maintaining good penis health and erectile performance. There are experienced PEers who train every day, with only infrequent breaks. Others will have ruined EQ, if not more significant negatives, from that kind of schedule. It's always prudent for beginners to incorporate three or more rest days per week while they become conditioned and learn to do the exercises. Later on they can test the waters of higher level workouts if gains aren't already coming.Originally posted by mrcvnk View PostHey, so you don't recommend exercising everyday and taking the weekends off?Wood is good!

I never took a day off. But.....I started out ever so slowly, jelqing five minutes a day. I approached p.e.
progressively by warming up for a good 15 minutes each day. I added five minutes at the end of each
week--ten minutes a day week two, etc.
This way my penis was totally conditioned by the time I reached my fourth month, when I added stretches.
This is what I call the progressive approach, which, as far as I'm concerned, is the only way to go.

Definitely going to give this a try, or that progressive approach after my detox period.
So each v jelq would be 4 sec long? 3 strokes equal 1 rep correct?Restart [4/17/16] 7.5 BPSFL • 7.25 BPEL • 5.125 USEG • 5.75 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG (not valid)

When during the JP90 routine would adding JAI stretches and fowfers be ideal? Also, during the 4 second jelq when did you do the the 1 second kegal?
Thanks for your help!5/19/12
BPEL - just under 6.5
EG - 5 1/8
Short term goal
BPEL - 7
EG - 5.5
Currently doing the JP90 routine.

I believe adding them would be beneficial. You do the kegel right before your stroke, I find 5-6 second strokes ideal.Originally posted by Sincere View PostWhen during the JP90 routine would adding JAI stretches and fowfers be ideal? I've adapted this method, and I find them way more effective.Originally posted by mrcvnk View Post3 stroke for one v jelq? Wow I've been off the whole time.Restart [4/17/16] 7.5 BPSFL • 7.25 BPEL • 5.125 USEG • 5.75 MSEG • 6.25 BSEG (not valid)

Sorry for the late reply!
But yeah, like handcramp and going411by7 said above^, it depends fully on the individual and how his body responds to different regimens.
I recommend everything on my routine, EXCEPT the rest days, that you may adjust accordingly depending on how your body responds to it.
I literally PE whenever I feel like it, I have an extremely inconsistent schedule, but it works fine for me. [2 times a week on average]
- On average, each stroke was up to 4-5 seconds. A 6 second stroke would be nice, but that's a bit long for me. [but if you can.. then definitely do it!)
- I don't time my self for two hours, it would just work itself out to (1hr 45mins to 2hrs) I follow the routine I posted, and if I'm up for it (usually I am) I add more jelqs and v-jelqs if it looks my member can handle it. [Add another 5-10 mins to your routine]
- I never tried laying down, but I don't see that as a problem.
- Two strokes = ONE REP!
