  • a smooth muscle routine

    Hey guys,

    I've been asking for a few days, but no luck.

    I need a smooth muscle routine seeing as smooth muscle seems to be my limiting factor. . . My stretched length is great but I need eq!

    Iguana, what was your routine that boosted you from a 7 to a 10?

    Did you ever get a specific routine put together to work the Smooth Muscle? If so, please share.

      What's your routine at the moment?

      I had a look at your profile to see how long you'd bee PEing and found that you'd asked a similar question here. Have you tried any of the recommended exercises and if so, how did they work for you?
      Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

      Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

      Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

        Jelq up toward the belly button, this is best done laying down. Stretch up as well a good example ogf this would be the tunica tug.

          looks like you been around for long enough for like clamping and make sure your doing your keegls becasue that will help shoot up your EQ.

          also listen to kp's advice he wont stear you wrong .

          Btw KP im working on a new diet ill shoot you a PM tomorrow or the next day when im done working on it.
