    I said the setting closest to unbearable. Not actually unbearable! You dont want to boil your weiner!!

    Next time put the heat at closest to unbearable with at least SOME feel of comfort.

    The important thing is to see if you penis is a little longer during warmup. If it is then yay.

      what about a hot steamy shower? could that be a part of the 10 minutes even though its not directly on the penis?

        Hmm i dont really know....

        Of course when i did it i took the nozzle in my hand and brought it close to and aimed directly at my penis

        Does your shower have one of those "hose-like" nozzles with a long tube for you to control the showerhead? Or is it a showerhead stuck in a wall?

        Also do you have a place to sit in the shower?

          my shower head comes off, but it doesnt really have a hose option. it actually has some pressure ones that hit pretty hard, i aim that a bit above my penis, so it falls onto the rest of my penis. yeah its a tub, so i can sit or stand as well.

            Turn it to the "shower" settings or anything with a "soft stream" and aim that directly at your penis. That way your little buddy will not be pummeled by niagra falls

            Awesome, you could sit on the sides if you want to and just aim the water at your penis so the water falls back into the tub. Standing is also fine but it may make your legs tired.

                out of curiosity since i dont believe it was mentioned... Does it work? and does this have any sort of effect on your BPEL over the long term?

                    atm i'm doing the following for 5 weeks on a 1-1 basis:
                    6-10min warm up
                    -13/15/17/19/20 min jelq (w kegels)
                    6-10min warm up
                    -10/11/12/13/15 min stretch (w kegels)
                    -10min edging
                    100+ kegels
                    2min warm down

                    would i be overtraining if i did what trex did on my off days? i'm something of an inconsistent expert (i've been doing PE for a while, but very inconsistently)

                        Doesn't everyone gain in flaccid length when they start doing PE anyway. My flaccid length changed from 2.5 average usually anywhere between 1-3 to now being 3.5 nearly all the time, it has never gone under 3 after my first week of PE.

                          I actually gained 0.5 inches in flaccid length really quickly too; about a week or two after starting.

                          I have yet to see measureable erect gains, though I think I might have gone up 0.2 inches but that could just be due to faulty measuring. I'm 3 weeks into PE now and remaining very dedicated (every day, no days off; I never have any pains or bruising though so I figure my dick can handle it).

                            I read on thunders place that if you have no pains or bruising it can be a good thing to have no days off but I wouldn't do it until I've conditioned my cock after JP's 90 day and know what my cock can handle.

                              Hmm, I might consider having one day off a week for now then...

                              So far in my 3+ weeks of PE I think I've only missed out on one or two days at the most.
