  • getting insecure about girth, dont really have time for JP90;

i'm happy with erect length (6.9"), but girth is 4.3".. i know its just below average, but because of porn i think its tiny, and its making me insecure.

should i find time in my day to do the JP90? its hard to do living at home with family, but i was doing it for 2 weeks (3 days on, 2 off), and didn't notice any difference.

i'm aiming for 5" - 5.5", is there anything easier to do that takes less time?

    thanks

    Welcome to PE!

JP90 is the way to go, to condition your penis for PE. If you try the easier route now you risk injuring your penis.

2 weeks wont show any measurable gains at all. If any gains are seen in the next few months, they will probably be from better EQ (erection quality). PE is a long road. I look at it as a marathon, not a sprint. Trying to rush it will only end in disappointment and possible injury. You need to rein in those expectations a little. Girth gains are supposedly easier to get, but you're still looking at many months and possibly years to hit your goal.

If you do choose to go the so called easier route (using a device without conditioning your unit), then go really, really slow to start. If not, you'll be posting a thread about an injury and asking how to fix it, or if the damage is permanent. Any time I'm tempted to rush things, I just need to look up some of those types of posts and it brings me back to reality.

Good luck and happy, safe PE'ing!

2 weeks isn't enough time to determine if a routine is going to work or not.

However, if it's the time constraint of JP90 that you're worried about, and you still want to do PE, pick one of the other beginner routines. Just don't expect to see major gains in 2 weeks time.

how does one not have time for jp90's? i find 45 minutes a day minimum for PE, while juggling grad school, cooking all of my own meals (every one), 90-120 minutes of gym time daily, 20-25 hours a week at work, 30 minutes daily for stretching and meditation, along with my needy girlfriend that demands time.

If your diligent, there is always time for PE

alright thanks, looks like im going to have to do it, its hard for me to do because i get questioned why i'm in the bathroom for 10 minutes heating up a towel

also, do i start the 90 days again because i stopped doing the routine, or continue? also is it 90 days including rests, or 90 days of actually jelqing? thanks

You could always do it during shower time?
Also, not sure if it's feasible for you, but you could make a rice sock which only takes 35-40 secs to heat up in the microwave. Works well, IMO, for warm ups. I have a second one that I also use for cool-downs but if you do warmdowns you only need the one (or a nice warm bath/shower)
              5/27/12: BPEL 6.25 EG: 5.125
6/04/12: BPEL 6.50 EG: 5.500 (think from EQ gains only)

alright thanks, so instead of doing the warm wrap after i'm done, i can just have a hot shower?

and is this routine better/worse then jp90?: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...t-growing.html

I'm not sure how that routine ranks as I'm still doing the JP90 myself. You can give each one a go, for a period of time, to see which one you respond to better.

Hot shower or bath could work, maybe a little massage while in there.

bbws, it's 90 days from the start of the program. Off days count towards the 90 days.

The program you posted would be an alright start, but my I'd suggest this one: Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine

There's also a program by PSEG. Check the beginner sticky for the whole list of 'em.

Something to make you feel better: in the highly referenced Cancun size study, which only used volunteers mind you, the second most common girth interval that the participants fell into was 4.25" to 4.5" (17.1% of the participants). 4.3" obviously falls into that range which means your size is not abnormal. A pretty large average girth was reported in this study so it gives you an idea of the ranges. Personally, I'm not even up to 4.3" yet.

You should caution yourself against high expectations with pe, but I think it's true that some people gain much quicker than others. You could be at 4.5" girth in a month or nothing. I do a fair bit of number crunching and observing gains and if I had to guess (keyword) I would say the average person gains somewhere between .06" - .14" girth in the first month, and there are plenty of outliers. Some gain well in length and others girth - I seem to gain more in girth than I do in length. You can always condition yourself for girth routines to speed it up down the road, but start where you've been told to. Hope for the best but don't expect the world right away. Hopefully you will be an impressive gainer.

I don't know about some of these numbers put forth, they seem a little on the low side. From what I've heard over the years, most people seem to get their highest and quickest gains during the first 1-3 months. I've seen so many people get 1/2 an inch in girth length or both during this time period, and then they slow. The size study seems a little low also. All of the other studies seem to fall somewhere between 4.9 and 5 girth. But who knows. I don't put much faith in what the studies say anyway, to me 5-5.5 girth seems the average. I agree with you about expectations, and measuring too often can lead to disappointment.

Just under 5" is average. Not in my opinion, based on all studies it's about that (not self reported or net ones
                              4.3" is fine.
