  • erection problems?

hey guys, just seeing if anybody could shed light on why my erections arent rock solid( as they once where when i was younger) im only 20 now and briefly done PE 2 years ago. i feel as if my erections have been quite soft and need an awful lot of stimulation, (ie jelqing or manual clamping) to get hard.

any ideas on how i can have them hard without all that stimulation (its hardly a turn on for my girlfriend if im only rock solid after a PE session)

    thanks

    shedding light on erection

at the age of 20, you should not have this problem. there can be a host of causes and solution will depend on the underlying cause.
is the cause psychological? Is your general health good?
Are you really happy in the relationship?
Are you able to do the sort of sexual activities you want to do?
Are you comfortable with your body image and manhood?
How long have you had this problem for?
What is your feeling as to what may be the cause?

I want to help ypou if I can and I will shed light on the issue once we can narrow down on the clikely cause.

      PEME:

Could you clarify something for me?

Did you only PEed 2 years ago (and this was brief)?

OR You PE now as well?

You mention that you can only get an erection while jelqing or clamping, and this is where I'm confused.

I had the same problem. the reason was because I was stressed out. I learned how to mange my stress and since then Ive been good.

            erection problems

Before I started PE I was having the same problems as a 40 year old guy who didn't exercise. I think the problem is psycological as well as you need to check your blood pressure to make sure your circulation is ok.

im really fit, obviously wish my manhood was a bit bigger(or wider) but thats not the problem. the relationship is fantastic and very sexually fulfilling but i have had this problem since before i was in it.
i briefly done jelqing ans stretching 2 years ago for about 2 months although not in a strict routine. i mean only when i take time to stimulate my penis through jelqing or edging or things like that, my erections seem to be amazing. but if i am just in bed getting oral or penetrative, my ereections seem very poor and not `bursting through the skin` as i would wish( and have had sometimes)

i either think that its the fact i worry that my girth isnt too great to stimulate my partner as much as i would like to. or else i have damaged my erections through a poor PE program 2 years ago (which i hope i can fix now)

              thanks for the help guys

PEME, despite your apparent good health, it would be sensible to ask your doc for a check-up. What you describe is more common than most men think but it can sometimes be an early indication of a treatable medical state - not necessarily diabetes, but like that. Be honest with your doc - he will put your mind at rest. Your previous PE program is most unlikely to be the cause.

PEME, with the limited information you have provided regarding your problem, it will be difficult for any one to give you precise advice with any certainty. In fact the more one knows about the erection problems, the more one will feel limited in answering your question with a very limited information you have provided.

One thing is very unlikely that PE which you did last year, no matter whatever way you did is responsible for your current erection problem.

You mention that oral and penetrative sex does not make you have full erection but PE does. I wonder If you are attempting penetrative sex a bit earlier in sexual activity than taking time to get fully aroused and ready. It is also possible that your partner is also not fully ready yet and hence you do not get a stimulating feed back to further enhance your arousal. Such as a tighter vagina can cause further stimulation such as you would feel if your doing certain PE in semi erect or a softer erection.

To start with I have three sincere suggestions for you
1- At this stage just start by kegelling
2- without any touching your penis, on your own while relaxed let yourself image and fantasize whatever sexual activity you wish to do. let your imagination go in any direction. gradually over some time you will observe that what is making you more aroused. this will help you explore any area of your sexuality which you may have suppressed.
3- after agreement with your partner give more time to fore play and other activities than oral or penetrative sex, until you find yourself AND your partner FULLY aroused.

Please do write what do you think?
If you wish you may write to me in more detail, if you do not feel like giving more detail on this thread.

I wish you a happy and fully enjoyable sex with your partner.

PEME: You have some amazing advice on this thread from soody and others. Follow it, and you'll be on the right track. Like all things, change takes a little bit of time. But with the above, you'll be good to go. I also suggest:
                      • Start a light beginner's PE routine. Go really gentle. There's no need to be jelqing while erect or doing clamps after just two months. This itself can lead to overtraining and poor erections. So re-start a very light 1 on, 2 off routine.
                      • Perhaps take some supplements. Here's a good list of supplements to help with hardness and PE: https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-foru....html#post4256
                      • Kegel, Kegel, KEGEL! Soody mentioned this, but it's worth mentioning again Also start out light with your Kegels, as it's easy to overtrain while Kegeling too. Use our Kegel guide here: https://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enl...x-muscle-kegel

                      Good luck.

Hypnotherapy is such a thing which works for some and not for others. It can work for some one for a certain problem one time and not again for the same person with the same therapist. This is because the outcome depends upon the mental state of the therapist and the subject at the time and their ''fit/ frequency'' with each other.

I know when it has worked for certain people it has really helped them. Hypnotherapy is struggling to found a sound scientific acceptance because you can not guarantee replication of results in a good number of sample.
It is more or less like CERTAIN type of therapies when results vary from one subject to another, from one therapist to another and from one situation to another.

There are claims of hypnotherapy working in certain areas including stress and cigarette cessation.

If you decide to go for hypnotherapy then my sincere advice will be to go with full belief in it not with a doubtful mind because one of it's major mode of operation is ''Suggestions''.
