I don't think so. I just have a really girthy flaccid (not usual for me) and it seems to get erect constantly, but the individual erections are not painful or overly long lasting (just a few minutes). If it was priapasm it would actually be consistently and painfully hard right?Focus on the positive :D

I've had the same/similar issue for years. It's kind of a pain in the ass but it's not anything to worry about (in my opinion). I've had periods in my life where the lowest it would go is 'half mast' almost all day. I asked my doctor and was told it was nothing to worry about and it was safe for my guy to do that. And honestly... I think over time my actual flacid size has increased a bit due to my buddy being consistantly in a semi stretched position.
Mind you... I'm not a doctor so I don't know crap medically so you should at least do some research online or see an actual 'real life' doctor to ask them for their opinions and input.There comes a time in every man's life when he must ask himself the question...
