So I really haven't had any gains since I've started about a month ago, however I am still determined to try this hoping things will look up. I have thought that maybe I am doing the workouts wrong and that is why I'm not gaining. The reason of the post is that I need something that is majority length gain. I am 2.5'' flaccid 4.2'' hard and 6'' girth. I do not like to use lube because it causes my dick to become very sensitive and touching it normally goes straight to hard. I am also a chronic masturbator. Normally twice a day. I'm just tired of being insecure of my small penis. So please please PLEASE help me. Give any workouts that are majority length. I don't care about girth, however I'm not against gaining more of it.

A month isn't a very long time, you honestly shouldn't be expecting gains yet
Do the JP90 for 3 months in order to condition your penis, then you can start an advanced routine
You may gain from it, but treat it as a conditioning exercise

Most of those are EQ related, measuring errors, or bullshit
Some people gain in a month but it is very rare
A reasonable expectation would be 4-6 months, anything before then could be seen as a bonus

Use baby oil, it is cheap, effective, readily available, and most importantly it is discreet
PE is a serious time investment and commitment, you will get out of it what you put in
However, don't let 4-6 months discourage you, start off with the JP90 and take it one day at a time
I would suggest creating a progress log in order to keep track of what you are doing and you will get feedback from more experienced users

Honestly, so long as you eat a balanced diet the supplements aren't necessary, I was taking most of them for my refractory period anyway
L-arginine, green tea and ginseng are the only ones that I take now
EDIT: just to clarify, there is NO supplement/pill/substance that will make your penis grow, at best they will increase circulation which might improve flaccid size and erection quality, but nothing will make your penis grow.
Just wanted you to be aware of that before you rushed off to buy supplements
their purpose is in the name, they can "supplement" a routine or particular diet, but they do nothing by themselves

Both raise valid points
I personally don't ejaculate after a workout, I edge for about 5mins and don't ejaculate, it gives me a good hang for the day
But basically it is up to you
