    How u doin'
    I'm in my second week of the JP-90 routine(which is awesome!)
    But i'm not sure if i'm doing the shakes properly.
    do any of you know a video of heli shakes, because i'm a visual learner.

    You just grab your penis at the base and shake it around in a circle, while making a helicopter noise with your mouth. No real need for a video, it's too simple to not do right.

      But i can't really do 5 perfect circles in one second, which is described in the JP-90.
      Do they have to be perfect?

        No, they don't have to be perfect. So long as it's being swung in a circle, it's a helicopter shake.

          Going left to right is easy, getting the rotor going in the other direction is a problem for me. It just flaps about out of control, even when I try doing them laying on my back. I lack the co-ordination to get it going right to left and changing hands doesn't help. I'm a man, I'm just not cut out for multi-tasking.

                      I might grab the base with one hand while rotating my cock around and around with the other. I grab my cock near the head,
                      but always make sure it is completely covered by my foreskin so that I don't injure those sensitive nerves beneath the glans,
                      (which I did almost one year into my p.e. career).

                          I just came online to view how to do helicopter shakes properly! This thread has not helped in the slightest! I agree there should be videos of each exercise!!!

                            Ah now I get it...You literally grab at the base with thumb and next finger then swing your dick round in circles like a bunch of keys fast. Before I was trying trying to make perfect circular revolutions with my hand and not understanding how one could do 5 reps in 1 second!
