Hi, i would just like some people opinions and advice on a couple of things i have noticed in my routine.
(1) Firstly, i have found that i get erect quite easily when doing my stretches, so i tried to do some after my jelqing, and found it much easier to stretch, but i was just wondering will this make the jelqing session less effective?. When i jelq, i get great expansion, but when i did the stretches obviousy all the expansion went, so will stretching after mean all that work is lost, or will the jelqing session still have been effective?
(2) Also ive found since ive began JP90 and now my own routine that after my session my flaccid is pretty plump, but then goes back to normal quite quickly, i dont think ive experienced turtling, it just returns to its normal state. I hear of people who have a big flaccid after their session that lasts throughout the day, but i dont experience that. So does that mean the session was not effective or am i not doing enough, or is a bigger flaccid after a session a bonus and not a necessity?.
I would like to thankyou for taking the time to read this, and i hope you can help me with these questions.
