I'm pretty new to PE, started doing the JP90 routine a couple weeks ago. Anyways, I hope these questions haven't been asked a million times; I looked over the stickys and didn't find what I was looking for.
When I'm doing the jelqs, I find it difficult to maintain the 60-70% erection throughout the set. I find myself having to stop and do a masturbation-like motion to get my erection back to that level. Am I wasting my time? Since the goal of jelqing is to trap blood in the upper glans and shaft, and when I stop the jelqs to get my erection back, the blood likely runs back out. So am I essentially defeating the purpose of the jelq by doing this?
I don't really enjoy doing PE and I feel that I just want to get it done. Combined with focusing on the technique, keeping an erection isn't easy.
My other question is how can you be sure that natural growth of the penis has stopped? Height and/or shoe size? I'm 19 and I don't want to be interfering with anything.
