  • Need New Routine.....Please HELP

    Hey guys.
    I have got 3 months in of solid conditioning. My penis looks thicker, feels thicker and eq is awsome. I would very much appriciate some help with an advanced routine. Listed below is my current routine.

    1.warmup 5 to 8 min.
    2.stretches down,left,right,straight out,and up 30 sec. each twice.
    3.100 jelqs, 60 v-jelqs, 3 sets
    4.2 squeezes holding around base and just under glans at same time.
    5.warm down in hot tub.


    ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

    After three months? Hmm..when you don't see any gains, you should consider a device or other methods of PE; such as extending, hanging, or clamping.
