  • my dick is getting hard

    Hi i did today my first routine and i have cuple questions :
    what i need to do if my dick is getting hard?
    in the warm up whats the different between the big circle stretches and the "Helicopter Shakes." ?
    when i do warm down i need to do all the streches in the warm up or just to put hot water on my dick ?

    Hi welcome to the gym.

    Firstly, getting hard is a problem for alot of beginners but after gaining experience, you will get used to the exercises and this will become less of a problem.
    A circular stretch is when you stretch your penis out and then still holding that stretch, begin to pull it around in a circle.
    Heli shakes are to restore blood flow. You do these by placing an OK grip around the base of your penis and simply quickly spin it around.
    A warm down just consists of applying heat, no stretching.

      Solution:
      If my dick is hard and I don't want it to be, I rub one out.
      If my dick is hard and I want it to be, I rub it.

        1) Stop, take a break, wait for the erection to subside, greater control will come with time.
        2) Helicopter shakes = grab the base of your penis with your thumb and index finger, "twirl" it around, make helicopter noises with your mouth (very important). Big circle stretches = grab penis just below glans (1 inch roughly), stretch, hold the stretch while making a circle with your penis.
        3) Warm-up before your routine, then do stretches. For the warm-down, do it once you have finished your routine. There are many ways to warm-up, rice-sock, warm hand-towel, hot water etc. it is up to you to choose the most convenient warm-up.

          tnx ,but what i need to do in the warm down and i need to take the circle to the left or right?

            For the warm-down you do the same thing as you did for the warm-up.

            You will be doing a full rotation so it doesn't really matter if you go left or right. Just make sure to balance it out, so, for example, if you do it twice clockwise, try to do it twice anti-clockwise as well.

              oh ok so in the warm down no stretching. ok ty and my goal is realistic my dick is 5x4
              yeah i know its sucks

                No, it don't suck. It is better to have a penis regardless of size which can get an erection than one which can't.
                Keep that mind set fresh in your mind. Stay positive and never equate your manhood to your penis size.
                It is very common when just starting PE to have a penis which gets hard or not hard enough during the course
                of the routine. Your brain is not used to PE being an exercise yet but a form of stimulation or opposite where it don't
                know how to respond. It takes time. If it gets too hard, take a break.
                Warm up and down should be done on a penis which is more flaccid allowing blood to circulate in the penis providing
                elasticity for the session and for a flow of nutrients for healing afterward.
