    hey guys, my first post here and ive only known about the forum for like a week so im really new here , but anyway.

    ive been doing the JP90 beginner workout and im not going for crazy gains, just enough so that ill be able to impress my gf, hopefully with like another half inch in length.

    Im currently satisfied with my girth at 5.6" and i feel like the jelqing has defiantly already made my girth and length temporarily bigger.

    am i right to believe that jelqing at a lower erection at say 30-50% will increase my length more so then girth, and if anyone has some good pointers to help a newbie out it would be greatly appreciated

    Do PE for you and not impress because she is will you and not your penis.
    A good girth level for jelquing for a beginner is about 60% percent. Later on you can add to the percentage gradually so your penis is conditioned to a higher level. Any time that you are intensifying an exercise there is a conditioning period to prevent injury. You are not trying to shock your penis to grow.
    I have found an interesting thing about those of us with naturally thicker penis', it takes longer to get it thicker than it already is; and more intense exercises. Ironic. I have been on my girth routines for about 6-7 months (working on the upper shaft) but only .25 up there to show. It takes more work the more girth you have.

      so i need length... is a lower erection better for length with jelqing?

        ye Dont go fast it reduced my erection quality. I m a beginner as well. Stretch and jelq in lower erection level. Do not overtrain its amazing to got GOOD EQ so dont ruin that.
