  • PE regimen for those short on time? Is 15 mins / day enough?

    Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all of the great information and help you guys give.

I'm real short on time these days. Is 15 minutes / day enough to see good PE gains? (That's not including a warmup). From an "efficency / time well spent" perspective, how much gains would I be seeing compared to 30 minutes or 1 hour / day workous? Would I see 50 - 75 % gains of a 1 hour / day workout? Also, how long do people usually finish the JP90 in? Is 15 minutes enough for the JP90? From a "most bang for my buck" perspective with regards to time, what would my best course of action be to increase both girth and length?

    Thank you,

Jp90 takes 40 minutes to an hour, if you don't have time then you should make time if you really want to see gains, we can say sure you can stretch for 5 minutes and jelq for 10 minutes, it's better than no PE, but will you gain from it? No one knows until you try it out yourself for a few months.

Your best bet would probably be 15mins of jelqing with stretches whenever you can throughout the day.

Making the time for JP90 would be better though

You can find my routine which is 11 min without warm up, warm down and massages (17 minutes with), in my blog https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...s-4-6-6-a.html

EDIT: Don't do this if you're a beginner. I don't know if you are. I did it from the start and didn't even have a bruise but I might have been lucky.

I cut some time doing stretches while letting the warm water run over my penis, in the shower.
I start with light stetches and turn up the intensity as I go. When I am ready for jelqing, the heat is radiating of it. I have some good gains so far and all positive I's.

I typically take 30 mins in the shower. 20 mins is spent doing exercises and I've been doing it for almost a month now, not sure if I've got any gains but I haven't been doing it that long but I do know my EQ is superb and the veins are more prominent.
              Going for that boing factor.

Your best bet for now would be to dovetail your warm up time with something else. In other words, do your warm up with a rice sock during your normal email time, or bathroom time. This way you can sort of 'cancel out' the time it takes to get warm. Then, commit 15 minutes to actual PE. I'm with Padawan in terms of how to divide your jelqs/stretches.
I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Thanks guys. I think I'll go with what Padawan said ThirdArm said. Warmup during email, etc. with ricesock, 15 minutes jelqing, and some quick stretches when I head to the bathroom, etc. I'll take my hot/warm daily shower right after PE, and use that as a warm-down. The thing is, I only have about 1.5 hours free each day with work / school / commuting / studying, and I really want to learn to play piano. I'd rather be able to practice piano 1hr 15 minutes per day, than only 15 - 30 minutes per day because of playing with my dick.

Thanks for the advice bros, if I see results I'll let you know!
