  • Additional exercising?

I am on day two of the JP90 routine, and I have a few questions. My main question(s) is that would it be considered beneficial or safe to do some additional stretches from the warm up routine of the program. (Warm-up for 10 minutes, stretch in all directions + kegels, helicopters). I do my JP90 rotuine first thing in the morning so would it help to just do some stretching before bed? I know it says not to, and the temptation will be great but I'm not asking to try and get to my goal faster. I am asking is because I am feeling little to no pain (soreness) after a full completion of the JP90 routine, and I have been jelqing - at first with no force, then with increased force to see my limits and how hard I can go. I can keep a pretty tight grasp on it with the OK grip, and after I complete an exercise, my dick has a bit of a pulsating feeling, but then throughout the day feels as if I didn't work out and is not sore. Just wondering if this is normal or I should increase force?

Also, how many kegels are considered too many? Because I do them quite often, sometimes minutes at a time during the day if I'm relaxing.

Thanks in advance for the answering of my newbie questions!

Stick to the JP90, you can start adding things or making up your own routine once you've finished the 3 months

    EDIT: here's a kegel routine: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...l-routine.html

    Don't neglect reverse kegels!

BPed, welcome to the gym my friend! I strongly urge you to take it slow as right now your going to be more susceptible in acquiring an injury. I would stick with the JP90 routine no more no less. One thing to keep in mind while jelqing, while milking the tool if your grip can break an egg then your doing it too hard. The more you get accustomed to your routine the more your in tune with your body. This is considered a marathon not a sprint. If your too over zealous you will injure your self and could be out of the game before you get started. If you read and gain the information that your going to need after the 90 day "boot camp" will put you one step closer to your goals. It took me a year of hard work and dedication to see an inch and a half in length and a half in girth. You will get there brother, just be patient and dont give up!!!!!! Welcome to the gym.
