New to all this, very confused and needing help?

Basically new to all this and after reading numerous posts, my mind is boggled and I'm so confused!
I'm 18 and basically unhappy with the length of my penis, 3" flaccid and 5.3.

Could anyone please give me some direction or beginner's advice it would be much appreciated!
