Do I only need to cement gains when I stop PE?

Some of us don't buy into the whole cementing thing. If you stop you will lose some and perhaps most of your gains. The term cementing is a misnomer because what it really means is that you reach the size you want, then cut back on how often and/or how long you exercise. It does not mean stop all together.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

This is one example that correlates to lifting. If you quit lifting you will lose size, the longer you have lifted the longer it will take to lose what you gained, but you will lose. Same thing with PE. Get to the size you want, then you can back off on the intensity or number of workouts you do. You probably won't gain any more, but you will maintain most of what you have.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

You don't really lose muscle, it only gets depleted of wated (and glycogen probbably). Then, when you get back to lifting, most of it puffs back up. You can only lose it if you eat below maintenance in the meantime.
That's from my own experience, also. Haven't been lifting for year and a half and then I got all my strength back (muscles) after 3 weeks of lifting.Into 19th Month

As the saying goes ...'Use it or lose it'
I think the only way you would lose most of your gains is if you didn't cement properly (taper your routine down), completely stopped and just neglected your penile health and fitness. Obtaining frequent erections either by staying sexually active or stamina exercises plus a few minutes of exercises here and there should be enough to keep your gains. At the end of the day a maintenance routine does not have to be too time consuming.Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"

I don't buy anything you said here. Quit lifting and all your muscles do is loose a little water??? Quit for 16 months and then regained everything in three weeks??? Hypertrophy and atrophy are caused by a shift in balance of protein synthesis and protein breakdown. Which is a whole lot more than water depletion.Originally posted by Nachos87 View PostYou don't really lose muscle, it only gets depleted of wated (and glycogen probbably). Do you think jelqing once a week sounds like good maintenance? And I don't mean right after growing. First you grow, then you cement, then you jelq once a week for the rest of your life. Does that sound good?Originally posted by VIPER View PostAs the saying goes ...'Use it or lose it'

No one can tell you how much or little you need to do to keep your gains, only way to find out is try it and monitor your size and if you start to lose after a few weeks or even months then you'll know it's not enough.Originally posted by penisesunite View PostDo you think jelqing once a week sounds like good maintenance? Exactly what he said! but i don't think once a week is neither here or there. A typical maintenance routine would be two or three 10 -15 minute sessions a week. Some people opt for an alternative method by doing a few stretches and jelqs whilst in the shower everyday. That is one of the great ideas behind hydro pumps such as the bathmate, you can give your penis a workout whilst doing something you do everyday ...washing yourself.Originally posted by Steve23 View PostNo one can tell you how much or little you need to do to keep your gains, only way to find out is try it and monitor your size and if you start to lose after a few weeks or even months then you'll know it's not enough.Starting stats : BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.6" EG 4.8"
