That post on the clarification on proper V Jelq technique has cleared up the gaps on how i believed it was done. Having 2g speeds at the moment (slow as) i have not bothered watching any video's since they take too long to load. V-Jelq seem safer to do since they don't completely hold off blood flow.

Yeah, wished I had remembered that. I would have put tamptrom instead of sprain.
