  • 'Discreet' PE Routine?

    Okay.

    I have wanted to start a PE routine for a while now, because I've seen noticeable differences in the little amount of time that I did perform PE exercises.
    At the moment, I'm not looking for gains as much as performance, but I would like to add some girth if possible and better circulation and whatnot. But, my problem is, I've recently moved back home for a few months, and I have virtually NO privacy.

    So, I was wondering if some one could recommend some exercises to do either in the shower or briefly during the day? I can't use devices or anything like that. I figured starting Kegels and maybe doing some shower jelqs could work, but the lube I used before was useless in the shower.

    I don't know if there's a thread like this right now, I apologize for re-posting if there is.

    You can do the jelqing part while in the shower, and the stretching part once you've dried off.

      My routine is stealth. I wake up very early 4:45am to get in my flax seed sock warm and jelqing routine done (jelqing prior to shower, but in the bathroom). Then I do my stretching at night in the bathroom. Basically I follow a personalized version of JP’s beginner’s routine.
      (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
      (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
      Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
      Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.
