I have wanted to start a PE routine for a while now, because I've seen noticeable differences in the little amount of time that I did perform PE exercises.
At the moment, I'm not looking for gains as much as performance, but I would like to add some girth if possible and better circulation and whatnot. But, my problem is, I've recently moved back home for a few months, and I have virtually NO privacy.
So, I was wondering if some one could recommend some exercises to do either in the shower or briefly during the day? I can't use devices or anything like that. I figured starting Kegels and maybe doing some shower jelqs could work, but the lube I used before was useless in the shower.
